Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen calendar days from the
day you acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from a distance contract without
giving any reason. The withdrawal period is satisfied if you send your communication before that
period expires.

without undue delay.
Hygiene and sealed goods
Food supplements fall within categories where opening protective seals may prevent resale for
health protection reasons. If you break the seal after delivery, withdrawal may be partially or
fully excluded to the extent permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16. We assess each case
individually and document the reasoning.
When in doubt, photograph the parcel before opening and contact us if the
outer packaging arrived compromised. That evidence speeds up goodwill resolutions.
How to initiate a return

whether the product remains factory sealed. We reply with a return merchandise authorisation
when applicable and instructions that may include a prepaid label or carrier account, depending
on your region.
Return shipping costs
Where withdrawal applies, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we failed to
disclose that cost or offered to cover it. If we supplied a defective or misdescribed item, we
reimburse reasonable return postage upon receipt of proof of payment.
Refund processing timeline
After goods arrive and pass inspection, we issue refunds using the original payment method within
fourteen days. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you supply
evidence of shipment, whichever is earlier. Banking rails may add additional clearing days
outside our control.
Damaged or leaking shipments
Notify us within seven calendar days of delivery with photographs of the outer box, inner
padding, and affected units. We arrange replacement or refund, including reasonable return
shipping we pre-authorise. Do not discard packaging until the carrier investigation concludes if
requested.
Incorrect items
If you received a different SKU or batch than listed on your confirmation, we cover return
shipping and send the correct product or refund you in full, including any promotional discounts
that applied to the original order.
Subscriptions and pre-orders
Future-dated charges may be cancelled before fulfilment according to the reminder emails we send.
Once a subscription shipment leaves the warehouse, this policy’s return rules apply.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us before initiating a card dispute so we can trace tracking numbers and correct invoice
errors. Friendly resolution is faster than bank timelines and preserves your account standing.
Business purchasers
B2B contracts may specify different commercial return windows. Unless your written agreement
states otherwise, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply, but we still honour
commitments for defective goods under sale of goods law.
