Scope and definitions
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Pixels and scripts may read similar
identifiers. This policy covers technologies controlled by us or deployed on our behalf when you
visit pages on wrozelonox.ddd. Embedded content from payment providers may set their
own cookies governed by their policies.
Strictly necessary cookies
These technologies load the consent banner state, maintain secure session continuity after login
if introduced, balance traffic across servers, and remember accessibility preferences you
select. They do not require consent under Finnish implementation of the ePrivacy Directive when
they are strictly limited to delivering a service you request.
You cannot disable strictly necessary cookies through our banner because
the site would not function reliably without them. You may still delete all cookies through your
browser, which resets preferences and shows the banner again.
Analytics cookies
When you choose “Accept all” or enable analytics in Cookie settings, we may collect aggregated
metrics such as scroll depth, click paths, and approximate geography derived from IP truncation.
Reports exclude direct identifiers where feasible. Analytics helps us prioritise content updates
for Varexo education sections.
Marketing cookies
Marketing tags fire only after consent. They may build audience segments for remarketing,
attribute conversions to campaigns, or frequency-cap advertisements. You can withdraw consent at
any time; historical logs may remain in aggregated reports that no longer identify you.
Local storage and similar APIs
We may store consent JSON in localStorage to avoid showing the banner on every subpage load. The
entry includes timestamps and category toggles. Clearing site data removes the entry and
triggers a fresh prompt.
Managing your choices
Use the banner buttons on the home page or reopen settings through browser data reset. Industry
opt-out tools such as the EDAA consumer page may supplement browser controls. Mobile operating
systems provide limit ad tracking switches that interact with some marketing partners.
Retention schedules
Session cookies expire when you close the browser unless they use a defined max-age for security.
Consent logs are retained for twenty-four months for accountability. Analytics cookies follow
vendor defaults reviewed during quarterly audits.
Third-party responsibilities
Vendors must process data according to our instructions and applicable law. We require breach
notification clauses and subprocessors lists. If a vendor changes practices materially, we
reassess consent wording.
Policy updates
When new tags are introduced, we update this Cookie Policy and refresh the dynamic date chip.
Significant changes may trigger a renewed consent prompt depending on regulatory guidance.
